When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. First class shipping will normally take 3-7 business days to arrive at your door, but any shipping delays are entirely out of our control and not our responsibility. If you would like to choose a faster shipping method, please email us before you place your order.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor are we responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances. How are shipping charges determined?
We charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping. Orders over $100 ship free!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Can I add items to my order after I have placed an initial order?
Yes, if you haven’t recieved a shipping notice on the first order. You can place your second order and put a request in the notes section indicating 2nd order. We will adjust your shipping accordingly and, if applicable, process a shipping refund.
